TIO9011 - 12-Channel Digital Input-Output Module: Product Overview

The TIO series of products are general-purpose test modules designed for automotive electronic systems and can be used in scenarios such as hardware-in-the-loop (HIL) testing. These modules provide an efficient and flexible way to simulate and test various electronic control units (ECUs) in automobiles, helping engineers to ensure system reliability and performance while accelerating the development cycle and lowering the cost, making them an indispensable tool for automotive electronic system development. TIO series devices adopt a highly modular design, users can independently select the required modules to be cascaded through the Remo connector harness, multiple modules cascaded using the same star matching Remo connector harness to access the power supply for the device and connect the CAN/CANFD bus tool can be used to control the TIO series devices through the TSMaster software on the PC.

Drive capability:

The digital signal output supports push-pull, low-side drive (NMOS open-drain), and high-side drive (PMOS open-drain):

  • Push+Pull (push-pull mode): can output low level or high level, strong driving ability.
  • Push (high side drive): can output high level, low level need to pull down.
  • Pull (low side drive): can output low level, high level need pull-up.

The internal high level reference voltage (VCC_5V) or external high level reference voltage (VBAT) is used only in PUSH mode, PULL+PUSH mode. The threshold voltage (VREF) and the high level voltage (VBAT) can be set with an external reference voltage.
